Nicole Arbusto is a Casting Director whose credits include Azazel Jacobs’s FRENCH EXIT released by Sony Classics. The film stars Michelle Pfeiffer, Lucas Hedges, Valerie Mahaffey, Imogen Poots and Isaach deBankolé. Patrick DeWitt adapted from his novel. Additional films include CLEMENTINE which had its world premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival. It is writer/director Lara Gallagher’s first feature. The film was also selected for the 40th IFP Project Forum. CLEMENTINE stars Otmara Marreo, Sydney Sweeney and Will Brittain. Previous work with Azazel Jacobs includes THE LOVERS starring Debra Winger and Tracy Letts and produced by A24 ( Best Original Screenplay nomination Spirit Awards 2018). The film had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. She previously cast his film TERRI (Sundance 2011) and the series DOLL & EM for SkyTV/HBO. Other recent films include Trust Nordisk & Bacon Pictures DRIB which screened at SXSW and 31 written and directed by Rob Zombie which premiered at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival. Other films to have premiered at Sundance include STEPHANIE DALEY, THE BUSINESS OF STRANGERS, and THE TAO OF STEVE. In TV she has cast all 4 seasons of the anthology series ROOM 104 and the animated series ANIMALS. Both shows are produced by Duplass Bros. Productions and air on HBO. Recent Los Angeles theater includes, Tiny Beautiful Things and King Charles III, at the Pasadena Playhouse. The Golden Dragon, and The House in Scarsdale: A Memoir For The Stage both at The Theatre @ Boston Court and the Los Angeles casting for the Steppenwolf Theatre production of Tracy Letts’s Linda Vista.
