Second City

The Second City has become the largest school of improvisation and sketch comedy in the world. It welcomes amateurs looking to try something new, and advanced players looking to hone their craft.

It offers programs in Improv, writing, acting, stand-up, storytelling and public speaking for kids and adults alike.

Students in the Conservatory program build upon the fundamentals of improv, advance their scenic and character skills, explore forms and styles and learn how to turn improvised scenes into written material for a satiric comedy revue.
