Prior to joining the team at DLG, Jordana’s previous experience includes managing the launch of the New York office for a renowned content creation studio, as well as working in civil litigation, insurance defense, and family law. She received her BA from the University of California at Berkeley, before earning her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School.

Jordana contributes her expertise to a number of non-profit organizations including the The Alliance for Children’s Rights, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, as well as the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

As a Los Angeles native, Jordana has deep ties to the community. She enjoys being a mother to two young girls and spending time with her family. In her free time Jordana loves high-intensity interval training, attending cultural events throughout Los Angeles, and broadening her knowledge of the city’s top culinary spots.

Attorney Consultation for O1 Extraordinary Ability in Arts or Technology, Visa or Initial Green Card

For those interested in pursuing the O-1A, O-1B, O-2, O-3, P-1, P-2 visa classifications

  • You can enter the U.S. and accept employment in a position which requires people of extraordinary ability.

  • You do not have to maintain a foreign residence and show intent to return to your home country while applying for the visa.

  • Your dependents can stay with you as long as you maintain your O-1 visa status. They can also attend school.

  • You can freely travel in and out of the U.S. provided you have a valid visa stamp in your passport.
