Eric Hunicutt is an actor, director, improviser, teacher and performance coach. He has acted in and directed live theatre, commercials, films, tv, sketch comedy and hundreds of improv shows in Chicago, Los Angeles, and on tour. In Los Angeles, he taught at Steppenwolf Classes West and Warner Loughlin Studios for over a decade and was an instructor at the iO West (ImprovOlympic) theatre. Eric has taught acting classes at private studios and university programs including: UC San Diego, The Art of Acting Studio (LA), The Australian Film & Television Academy (LA), USC, and California State University’s Summer Arts program. In addition to working with artists, executives and educators, he’s taught science communication workshops for researchers, faculty and grad students at UC San Diego and trained as a science communication facilitator at the Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science in Stony Brook, NY.
